I am writing this letter to recommend the services of Heflin Construction Corp. to you. During the past seven years Mr. Heflin has managed several construction projects for me. His work ethic, attitude, and workmanship have constantly been of the highest quality and | have therefore always been completely satisfied with the results. Mr. Heflin (Van), and i continue to maintain a relationship of mutual respect and friendship. So much so that after completing several building projects on my property, | have entrusted Van as my estate manager. He currently manages a roughly 1-acre ocean front property in La Jolla which consists of a more than 10,000 sq. ft. main house, a 5,000 sq. ft. guest home

This letter will serve as my strong recommendation for hiring the services of Van Heflin Construction. Van and his team took over the construction of our 6500 sf home in La Jolla after the original contractor was terminated for a significant amount of defective work. Van took on the arduous task of remediating the poor workmanship and all defects that existed from the previous contractor. He and his team then went on to do an excellent job of finishing our home. This was an unusually difficult task and one that only an experienced, knowledgeable and well qualified contractor could handle.

My husband and I were very pleased with our bathroom remodel that was performed by Heflin Construction. Van had great ideas and insight. Van has been in the business for a long time and does high end quality work. Our bathroom turned out great! Van even created custom gorgeous sliding doors that that were just perfect for our small space. Our bathroom now feels like a spa. Noe, the foreman, was always on the job site. He helped coordinate the jobs progress. Noe always made sure that things were always clean and neat.
